Hi, if you have updated to 3.6.6 and are still having issues with your hardware or software, please open a new ticket and provide us with your logs so we can review what is happening.
Please try to be as descriptive as possible concerning what you consider to be working incorrectly, by specifying what hardware you have and what it is not doing which it should be doing.
This helps us greatly while trying to replicate the errors to verify why they are happening.
They lost me already, i got refunded cause the fixed temps with x570 and 3000x series.
Added stock cooler and ask for refund from the store i got it and accepted it. NZXT i cannot trust your products anymore.
Stopped working.... again shows fixed temp. I will ask refund, unless they fix it into 24h.
Also doesn't log in stays at Loading screen.
There is a fix out there my NZXT version CAM 3.7.8 that fixes permanent the problem. Click from your app "Check for updates" or download it.Spyrus supported this idea ·
