Hi, the most recent version, (3.6.7) fixes the wrong temperature reading issue. Please update by downloading from here: https://camwebapp.com/download/

I’d suggest uninstalling the previous version before installing the new version as a clean install rather than updating it.

Please let me know if the issue is resolved after this.

    Thanks.

Great! Do we have an ETA on the release for 3.6.7?

For some setups, CAM has been reporting temperatures that are different from the actual temperature. This is being addressed in the next update (3.6.7) Thank you for reporting this.

If you encounter the issue where the radiator fan stops working again, please send us the logs to verify if CAM reports anything there.

Hello, please try the latest update, version 3.6.6. We have made many improvements with that version and it is working more smoothly. Let us know if this issue is still happening to you after updating. Sorry for the previous inconveniences, and thank you for your help.

Hello. Thanks for the message. Unfortunately the temperature keeps getting stuck, which means the fans will not increase speed when expected. Here's a screenshot that shows an inaccurate temperature reading: https://www.dropbox.com/s/bid9y1hbb8vg2e3/CAM%20Screenshot%2020180801.png?dl=0

    Please assist. Thank you!

I'm disappointed to report that version 3.6.3 still isn't working for me as expected. The fan speed keeps getting stuck! I have to switch profiles and put it back to the Performance profile for it to become unstuck. Everything was working fine right before the various latest updates. Please fix. What else can I provide to help find the issue?

    Thanks!

Hello. Version 3.6.2 did not resolve my issue. I uninstalled and reinstalled and no luck. I use my PC for video editing and I like to use the Performance profile to keep things cool. When the CPU temps reach 140 degrees Fahrenheit the fans do not speed up to 100% as it did before. The fan speed curve indicates that when it reaches 140 degrees the fan and pump should be at 100%. The only way I can get it to speed up is if I switch between CPU, GPU, Liquid temps in the profile editor and hit apply. Once fan and pump speeds reach 100% and the CPU cools back down to 140 degrees the fan and pump are still stuck at 100% until I go back in a toggle between the CPU and GPU options in the profile editor and hit apply. The fan and pump speeds seem to get stuck until I change the profile. Please assist.

    Here is the log: https://www.dropbox.com/s/dyqrdqq6frvsc2w/CAM.log?dl=0

    These are my specs:

    CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700x
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti
    Motherboard: Asus Crosshair VI Hero
    32GB RAM
    NZXT Kraken X52 Cooler
NZXT S340 Case with all factory fans
EVGA SuperNova 650 G2 power supply

I'm having the same issue with 3.6.5. Temp seems stuck but the fan is responding accordingly when I know my temps have increased due to video rendering.

Sorry, what I meant was, please update to 3.6.5 and if your issue continues to occur, provide us with your program logs so we can verify why this is happening. Thank you.
