Hello, please try the latest update, version 3.6.6. We have made many improvements with that version and it is working more smoothly. Let us know if this issue is still happening to you after updating. Sorry for the previous inconveniences, and thank you for your help.

It's as if they WANT consumers to dump all their NZXT products or something...
First 3.6 that fails, then 3.6.1, and now 3.6.2.
And the excuses they offer are REALLY making me wonder which idiot in their corporate team decided this type of app would be a good thing, without first making sure they had the right people for the job...
I mean really 'Please keep in mind that some issues only come up in specific builds and that is why sometimes we can not catch them while testing' they said...
That's why proper engineers unify/merge/*term of choice here* builds and THEN QA test BEFORE going live.
i mean seriously, if I leave these kinds of glaring errors in a final version I get two warnings, then it's goodbye Mr. Bits.

Hello, those who had issues with the settings not saving and not being able to log in, please update to 3.6.3, it has proven to work for many who have already tried it. We are aware that some others are having issues with a strange noise in the pump, we are working on that and will have it solved by next release.

Just use that, 3.6 is once again a buggy mess for a majority of users.

Hi, if you have updated to 3.6.6 and are still having issues with your hardware or software, please open a new ticket and provide us with your logs so we can review what is happening.

Please try to be as descriptive as possible concerning what you consider to be working incorrectly, by specifying what hardware you have and what it is not doing which it should be doing.

This helps us greatly while trying to replicate the errors to verify why they are happening.

    Thank you.

Every time I think they've at last fixed the worst bugs and gotten it stable, they prove their ineptitude by breaking it all again.

I must insist you take back this most egregious insult Sir !
It is beyond disgusting that you would liken the noble primates of this world to the incompetent people that design and build this software.

(in case it's not clear, and because of Poe's Law : that was obviously a joke... though i really think it's a rather grave insult to the monkeys to liken them to this bunch)

It gets worse : if you restart either CAM or your system, CAM magically forgets ALL IT'S SETTINGS.
And it gets better still : the FPS overlay, which can only be controlled when you log in, (and for the record, fuck you NZXT, I AM NOT LOGGING IN!) keeps turning on in-game, every time you start a game, and you're forced to either kill CAM entirely or HOPE that shift+O works, which half the time DOES NOT WORK.

I don't know if the design team is really this incompetent, or if this is another ploy to make us log in, but quite frankly I'm getting sick and tired of this crap.
Once my Grid+ and Kraken die, I am tossing them out and replacing them by a manual fan controller and manually controlled watercooling, and it'll be a cold day in Hell before I buy another NZXT product.
