Hello, please try the latest update, version 3.6.6. We have made many improvements with that version and it is working more smoothly.
If you continue to have the same issues after updating, please send us your logs to verify why CAM is not detecting your hardware.

I would suggest looking for another line of work, as Programming just aint your thing !
Make it firmware and software open source as " Alienmoon " had stated because if after all this time NZXT hasn't worked this out. Give someone else a chance

I am curious why I have to download a 3rd party App just to uninstall what YOUR Software installed ? Are your programmers that incompetent they cant even create an uninstall for their own app ?
Damn I wasted good money on this crapware. I'll be better off hacking it myself.
