      If you are experiencing an issue where the fans on the Grid+V3 are not spinning. Please check the specs on those fans. Each channel on the Grid+V3 can only support up to 5 watts and if you exceed that threshold the Grid+V3 will have a failsafe to shut off all the fans. At this time please shut off your PC and turn off your PSU. Then wait 10 seconds and turn your PSU and PC back on. See if the fans spin then.

      Hi there, can you first shut off your PC and unplug all the fans and then turn on your PC and see if it spins?

      Then turn off your PC and plug another fan into another channel (Do not use any extension cables) and see if that works.

      Please try all the fans one by one and see if you run into any issues.

      Can you try shutting off your PC and switching off your PSU? Then plug each fan individually to each channel. After, turn on your PC again and see if the fans spin normally.

      Hi there, are you using any extension cables as well? That could cause the Grid+V3 to go over the 5Watts threshold.

        Hi there, I do apologize for the inconvenience. Did all these issues started happening in the latest update and not at all before? It seems something could have went wrong during the update process for you.

        Can you try using these programs to help you uninstall/install CAM?

        Also try running CCleaner to help you clean out your registry

        Then reinstall CAM.

        As for the account question, you can login using our guest mode. The only function you won’t be able to use is the in-game FPS overlay. Other than that it should be the same experience.

        If you still have issues, can you submit a ticket on support.camwebapp.com? Click on “Contact Support” on the right side.
        Please attach your error logs C:\Program Files (x86)\NZXT\CAM\Logs

        It would be much easier communicating with you through email as oppose to a forum post.

            Hi there, please be sure you are on the latest version of CAM from camwebapp.com. The most current version is 3.5.3

            The overlay requires DirectX Runtime to be installed.
            Please install DX Runtime and then restart your PC and see if the overlay works. The link below will take you to the download site for the installer.

            Also make sure that you have tried manually enabling the overlay with the short keys (Shift + O). These shortcut keys can be changed from settings in CAM as well.

            If the instructions above does not work please let us know which games the overlay is not working on.

            Try disabling DX12 and see if that helps.

              We have not fixed the HUE+ issue yet, this patch we were focusing on the Grid+ issues and the other issues in the release notes.
