Provide a way to set other sensor readings as CPU temperature
Please provide a way to set other sensor readings (like, for example, CPU socket temperature) as CPU temperature.
That way AMD AM3/AM3+ temperature readings will be much more reliable. At the moment CAM uses one of CPU core as temperature which is just not reliable with AMD AM3/AM3+, especially when idle - I get 14'C when ambient temperature is 22'C and socket sensor temperature is 35'C.

Mahoooosive +1 from me.
Even though I use multiple platforms the idea of being able to lock fans to different sensors is one I am very keen on.
My AM3+ gaming machine has all fans bar the CPU fan set to the GPU since that kicks out more hot air than the CPU ever will.
With different sensor options I could stick a grid+ v2 into my AM4 audio workstation to control airflow all over the case based on M.2 temps, ambient, cpu, harddrive or even voltage going into my soundcards...that would be freaking ace.

I'd love it if the CAM Software could read the extra temperature sensors that are put on the ROG Strix Z270 Series motherboards. I have the Strix Z270G board and it has places for two external temperature sensors. I use one to monitor my water temperature, but I hate their software and would like to the CAM Software to monitor it.
