  1. Remove computer

    How do I remove computers from cam So I do not see the other inactive computers on mobile?

    Currently this feature is not in CAM. We can look into adding this feature later into the future if more users ask for it.

  2. android app wont log in

    I've got the newest version of Cam installed on my desktop pc. Version 3.3.5 updated august 11 2017. I've had an account for a year/possibly two but haven't used the system its installed on for a while.

    Just updated and installed the android app, expecting to log in I get the following error

    Login Failed
    Please download or update to latest CAM and login on your PC for using your android app:
    Then the download url

    I've installed the CAM app on an iPhone as well and this works without any trouble

  4. When will the new app release?

    I just wanted to ask if the new App is going to launch anytime soon? On the site it says October and it is already December now.

    You stated in a previous ticket that the new iOS app (the current one shows no data with the latest CAM) would be put at the end of November. It’s now the end of January. Where is it?

  7. Cam App shows wrong gpu since hardware upgrade

    Since changing from an r9 280 gpu to a 1080ti the.movile app never updates and continues to show the r9 280.

    Habe installed the app a few times to try this.
    Is the Android app by the way

    Good day
    I bought the hue + product. I installed cam on my
    phone(for ios 6s).when I select the lighting section, the CPU load page
    opens.I can not reach the lighting settings. Problem software? thanks..

    Hi,
    We changed some of our back end structure for CAM 3.5 and are currently updating the mobile apps so that they’re compatible. We should release the new iOS version before the end of the month, which will resolve your issue.

  9. LED strip wrong color

    3 out of 8 of my LED strips are the wrong colour. I swapped the LED strips that were the wrong colour, to the ones that were displaying the correct colour, and then they worked fine. So it is not a problem with the LED strip themselves. Is it possible something has gone wrong with the NZXT Hue+?

    Hey there,

    Please be sure to check if all the strips are properly aligned. The arrow on the connection cable should be pointed to the 5V on the strip.
    If you are using any extension cables please check those as well. Thanks!
    Can you try each strip individually and see if any of them are defective?
    Exit out of CAM, then unplug all the strips from the HUE
    . Then plug one strip into the HUE+, and start CAM.
    See if the strip is detected and can be controlled in CAM. Repeat this for all the strips.
    If any strips are found to be defective you can contact nzxt support for replacements.
    Also try using a different connection cable to connect the strips to the HUE+. The connection cable can sometimes cause issues as well.

  10. Android App Version 2.0 Login Failed Error

    I just updated the CAM Mobile Version 2.0 on Android. I keep getting this error when I try to open the app after signing in:

    Login Failed

    Please log in and update CAM Software on your C. (CAM_Installer V3.2.30)

    I login with my Google Account so there is no way its getting the wrong Username and Password.
    I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but no luck.
    My PC has the latest version available 3.2.26

    Hey guys,

    in my mobile app my PC is always offline. Even if it´s definitly running and the CAM desktop app is open.

    I´m using a Nvidia Shield K1 with Android 6.0.1 and a Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo with Android 6.0.1 too.

    Hi there, unfortunately this feature isn’t implemented. You can remove a PC from CAM on your desktop app.

  14. CAM mobile app for android can not connect to server

    When I try to log in with my account, I receive a pop-up message saying "can not connect to server, please check connect or try again later."

  15. Won't Rotate To Portrait

    Hello, just getting CAM setup after watching JayzTwoCents video on youtube. I have the mobile app configured and working on my tablet but the screen won't rotate to portrait mode. Is there a setting for this? I really hope to use this to replace Logitech ARX, but I'm starting to get a kink in my neck from looking sideways LOL! My Tablet is running Android 7.1

  16. windows tablet

    any one know / figuret out how to use cam on windows 10 tablet and see your pc temps?
    i can only see the tablet temps and cant switch to view pc temps

  17. Can't remove PC

    can you please add an option to the mobile app to remove a pc from the list. i have 3 pc's listed in the app and only 1 exists

  19. How do i remove a PC from my CAM app that no longer has the app installed?

    I had 2 computers with the CAM monitoring app installed, but i uninstalled it on one of them. That machine still shows up on my mobile app, how do i remove it all together?

  20. The app wont work

    I cant connect the app to my pc the app says cant connect to server ore be shure to have the latest version but i have all the new versions.
    Could it be because i use a Lan kabel?
