Advice on supplement program?
(1) I am quite older than you but never tried . I never checked my testosterone levels as I don't feel any worse than before , by the contrary , I feel better .
(2) I usually suggest what is working well for me : I am vegetarian (more than 10 years already) and don't eat fried food . Fruits , I mixed raisin to my food . And some 2 years ago I also stopped eating wheat and industrialized sugar (except the sugar in my chocolate bar which I eat 10 gr sometimes after lunch) . I also take multi-vitamin/multi-mineral pills , omega 3 pills , calcium/magnesium pills , probiotics pills , 15 minutes sun bath per day , eat/sleep at the same hour every day , avoid stress , ...
In terms of exercises , I only walk (around 1 hour per day , every day) and run (low speed - around 10 minutes per day , every day) .

We become more concerned about our health with passage of time. Skin doesn’t look so fresh, bones and muscles hurt, hair loss and weight represent aging. Other problems appear to due a slow metabolism and lack of activity. There are many food supplements which will improve health issues and fill it with many minerals and vitamins. Alpha Wolf Nutrition’s next level superfoods multivitamin contains a high level of iodine which is a necessary element for a healthy life. In fact, iodine supplements will bloom your testosterone, detoxify your body, prevent hair loss. These issues appear mainly after 40s, when the body starts aging and losing components mandatory for a healthy life. Follow the link and read more about Alpha Wolf Nutrition: https://alphawolfnutrition.com/iodine-benefits/.

If you are working out regularly, hormone boosters are unnecessary. Plus testosterone boosters have side effects for many users: increased chance of developing heart disease, sleep apnea, prostate growth, high red blood cell counts, which could increase the risk of clotting, acne, breast swelling or tenderness, ankle swelling.
Better that you simply come to terms with the fact that you are getting older.
