Advice on supplement program?
(1) I am quite older than you but never tried . I never checked my testosterone levels as I don't feel any worse than before , by the contrary , I feel better .
(2) I usually suggest what is working well for me : I am vegetarian (more than 10 years already) and don't eat fried food . Fruits , I mixed raisin to my food . And some 2 years ago I also stopped eating wheat and industrialized sugar (except the sugar in my chocolate bar which I eat 10 gr sometimes after lunch) . I also take multi-vitamin/multi-mineral pills , omega 3 pills , calcium/magnesium pills , probiotics pills , 15 minutes sun bath per day , eat/sleep at the same hour every day , avoid stress , ...
In terms of exercises , I only walk (around 1 hour per day , every day) and run (low speed - around 10 minutes per day , every day) .

If you are working out regularly, hormone boosters are unnecessary. Plus testosterone boosters have side effects for many users: increased chance of developing heart disease, sleep apnea, prostate growth, high red blood cell counts, which could increase the risk of clotting, acne, breast swelling or tenderness, ankle swelling.
Better that you simply come to terms with the fact that you are getting older.
