Couldn't communicate with any node in the cluster
First of all, I have a high performance system (Z390 Aorus Master, 9900K,32GB RAM 3200 CL16, 970 EVO NVME as boot drive, RTX 2080 Gaming X Trio, Kraken X72 and a bunch of AER140 fans gen. 2 + a 600/50Mbps connection on a Cat6 cable) and CAM loads up last of all my programs, by a looong way.
Whilst everything else has loaded up, CAM is still initializing it's startup - It takes over a minute for it to start on a 970 Evo - Ridiculous. - But WHY?? What's the reason? Other similar programs startup in seconds, but CAM takes almost a minute or more. What's the motivation?
So I'm already frustrated that CAM is ridiculously slow to start up, but as of the past few months, CAM won't even log me in automatically.
Every, single, day, I get the "Couldn't communicate with any node in the cluster" and need to manually log in, every, single, day.
The issue is ocurring more and more frequently, it's currently at the point where I experience this EVERY day.
NZXT keeps releasing new hardware pretty much every quarter, but the software to control these products is still, several years into development and after the official launch - slow, unreliable, frustrating and gives me such a headache.
I purchased my first and only NZXT components last winter, 2018, I had to spend 6 months troubleshooting the AER RGB fans where the RGB was freaking out whenever I chose any red hexadecimal value.
After hundreds of hours troubleshooting the issue myself and reporting back to your support staff, I finally got them replaced for me.
Am I going to have to work for your support department for another 6 months to have this resolved, or will you finally adress these very, very annoying issues that so many of your users experience, and resolve them once and for all - So you can take pride in not just your products, but the software that interacts with it aswell?
It's a win-win situation for everyone, I truly don't understand why this isn't an obvious fact.
Please, let's get rid of these issues, once and for all.
I still get this bug every day and I still don't know why or how to get rid of it.
I've already opened a ticket for this before but got no real explanation to why this is happening or what to do about it.
CAM is dysfunctional, it has always been - When will you fix it @NZXT ???
Still happening, every, single, day.
Why is this happening???
Why is NZXT support always slow, just like CAM, and SILENT?!
Why don't we, your customers, get any support for your stupid software??
And please, respond to your paying customers when they need support.
Within a reasonable time-frame and don't just ignore it.
