Can't Change LED Lights on my case using CAM software.

I have an NZXT h500i, I turn on my computer and the LED lights dont change colors. I open up the CAM software and the tab that is for changing the case lights arn't there anymore. I am very confused.

Omg what Jason Laczny said was true. That's the fix! LOL Went into Device Manager. Under Human Interace Devices there's an unresponsive USB Input Device. Disable and Re Enable it and restart CAM software. It recognizes the computer case along with the fans as well.

Just fixed it. It is the driver. Go to device manager and you will find a USB input device not working. Disable it and re-enable.

I have the exact same issue. CAM updated to the latest version and BAM no RGB control. Tried reseating the USB on the motherboard, rolling back to the previous version. NADA
