What is working for me to work around this issue :
1 - logout from the CAM menu
    2 - uninstall CAM
3 - create a totally new account (not just use tour old one, and changing the email)
    4 - reinstall CAM
From this step, CAM can do a new calibration and every is working fine now.

I'm having the same issue myself.
I've uninstalled, reinstalled multiple times and nothing has worked yet.
I'm just "glad" is isn't just me.

Same here, tried closing it and turning it back on, tried uninstalling/reinstalling, etc. Still stuck at 100%.

Yep me too. Found some help in Reddit: Log Out and create a new user or have guest mode.
For me it is still doing it again from 1% each time I login.... But I can manual set up my fans again...
