Kraken x61 Not Recognised After Wake Up from Sleep

So I have CAM 3.6.7 and whenever my computer wakes up from sleep, Kraken x61 is no longer seen or detected by CAM. I have to fully restart my machine. What is this joke?!

I have the same problem with X31, the driver is not detected by cam software after sleep.
I need to disable "Asetek USB Device" and then re-enable it, and then I press "Detect Devices" in can for it to show up again.

Hi Max. Yes, it is still happening. Interesting that you are saying that, because someone else from your team is saying the following: "Hi the Kraken X61 has this known issue that its firmware won't have any response when PC comes back from sleep. Unfortunately we can't resolve it from CAM, the PC must restart in order to get it work." - so can you fix it or not?
