CAM Resetting ANR Profile after not detecting Smart Device
Occasionally, the CAM 3.6.3 will fail to detect the Smart Device built into my NZXT H700i. When it does, it presents me with an error:
"We have detected a change in your fan configuration and have reset your ANR profile."
Usually a reboot will fix the issue of the Smart Device not being detected. Unfortunately, this somehow results in my LED settings and Fan curves being deleted even though I'm logged in and my fan curves should be saved in the cloud. I've already had to totally redo all of my setting several times because of this. The instances where CAM fails to detect the Smart Device has happened to me with two completely different motherboards, indicating either a hardware issue with the Smart Device or CAM being junk. "Detect Devices" in CAM does not rectify the issue.

Same issue, hasn't been fixed and nzxt hasn't acknowledged it. It's about time to sell this case.
Until they fix this buggy crap here is the way I fixed it. Went into device manager and found "usb input device" had a yellow warning next to it saying it wasn't working. Right click and disable it. Then I enabled it again. After that I hit detect devices in cam and it shows back up. This is ongoing half the time after a reboot my CAM doesn't see my smart device and I get the ANR message.
...and I just had exactly the same issue on an ASUS ROG HERO XI. So was silence NZXT's response?
Hey did you figure this issue out? I just had it happen to me and can't find one thing. ive done a power cycle, unplugged the smart device usb 2.0.
