I have a simple solution for NZXT
Just instantly fire CAM software development team and recruit a new one if you don't want to lose more customer, seriously!
Hi, if you have updated to 3.6.6 and are still having issues with your hardware or software, please open a new ticket and provide us with your logs so we can review what is happening.
Please try to be as descriptive as possible concerning what you consider to be working incorrectly, by specifying what hardware you have and what it is not doing which it should be doing.
This helps us greatly while trying to replicate the errors to verify why they are happening.
They will not fix the issues, its been going on for years. This is what happens when you pay buttons for developers, its cheaper to keep pumping out new versions with duff code and pay them peanuts. If this was a western development team, they would be replaced in a heart beat.
I think his issue related to the inability for your dev team to produce a product that doesn't have such poor code. The very feedback on this support page is disgusting and you really need to take a look at your staff. The fact you have annoyed this many people, kinda indicates there is a problem.
I give up asking for anything after 2 years such as a minimal version to only control the products that it was supposed to control. I always now recommend anyone unfortunate enough to purchase a CAM controlled products to get an immediate refund as CAM has and will NEVER work correctly.
I personally had to go back to version 3.2.01 (i gave up on every version up to 3.6.x and stopped trying after that) and firewalled it before I could even use the basic functions its supposed to be used for.
Unfortunately I have always felt I was conned out of a lot of money :(
Are you insane? I have opened a ticket about the 3000x series issue 1 week now and didn't received anything... those who developed CAM must be fired or make it open source so we can make it by our own because you are worthless.
They lost me already, i got refunded cause the fixed temps with x570 and 3000x series.
Strongly Agree. I will not consider any NZXT products next time.

+3 votes, been using (and constantly updating) the software for over a year, been trying beta versions they shared with me over this issue several times, and it still just randomly fails to detect my kraken cooler at all like ~20% of the time i boot my PC.
This is not only annoying (constant reminder that its not working as it should and another product might've been a better option) but also somewhat dangerous for my cpu (i have watercooling for a reason)
At this rate im not going to get another NZXT cooler in the future.
This software is a fucking joke
Is there any other program that controls the HUE+? Because if there isn't I'll just throw this non working rubbish in the bin and get some Corsair iCUE strips. It's shocking that an AA company can't make a piece of simple software. It goes to show, are they even doing their own designs or just copying them from the internet? NZXT has gone really downhill and will avoid that company in the future!

CAM 3.7.7 wont start with windows, put a shortcut in startup, still wont work. Older version does the same.
Sometimes when I change things, such as lighting or case fans, the next time the software is started all settings are set back to default.
It also uses 280MB RAM, whilst corsair iCUE is currently using 78MB RAM

I changed some RGB settings in CAM last night and now it doesn't even recognize I've got a Kraken plugged into it.
MAKE YOUR SOFTWARE WORK PROPERLY!!!!!!!
First I got only 2 working rgb strips out of 6 from the box and "brand new". A slew of problems dealing with the CAM app for months. Now like an idiot I started the adaptive noise reduction and found out it can't be stopped (genius idea btw) and some say it freezes at 100%. As crap as this company has been it will probably bug out, fml. Oh and it's testing my water pump speed and not the fan lol

Also as an answer to this ridiculously unshamed comment..... really, how dare you? HOW THE FREAK DARE YOU? These customers paid their own money for your product, so you can make a living. Yeah be as descriptive as possible? I describe this to you: YOU SHOULD TEST YOUR SOFTWARE BEFORE YOU RELEASE IT, YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS ARE NOT A BETATEST GROUP.

Hi, I have my Kraken for 2 years now. Your CAM software is a freaking disaster and I will NEVER EVER buy Kraken again because of this unusable piece of garbage. Well done. I am actually going noctua this time with my build. The last drop was just now: Version 3.7.6 stuck in an update loop. It won't let me skip, buit when I allow it to update, it starts the update again over and over and over and over and over and over again. This was the last time I spent even a second more of my precious time because you can't pay a decent team to develop your software. Bye bye

I had high hopes this case would allow nice monitoring of temps remotely. I think CAM stands for Cant Actually Monitor. Such a bummer.

The options to control my RGB are missing from the app. I have done everything you think to get it to maybe pop back up. My computer is registering everything properly. This is purely on your apps end. You removed the option to control RGB... u know NZXTs case only works with this app, this needs to be fixed quick because people will get upset.
