CAM 3.5.20 doesn't start automatically with windows
Clean installed CAM 3.5.20 doesn't start automatically with windows.
Setting is turned on, task manager has CAMLauncher.exe in the startup tab (enabled) and i even made it run as admin. Still doesn't launch with windows startup.
Hi there, we have found the issue with the auto start functionality.
Please try uninstalling CAM and installing this version.
When I turn on my computer I have to click on the CAM icon to get the lights to display what I set up in the CAM software. Then I have to close the window that pops up. I should be able to just turn on my computer and the lights automatically display my setup like it does in Mystic Light 3. That's just common sense. Mystic Light 3 did it right. Just turn on the computer and it automatically displays your settings. No clicking required. Fix this!
I recommend going back to 3.3.5, at least the damn thing mostly worked.
I gave up trying to get them to fix the autostart in 3.5.x. I like others, wonder if the devs even test the releases as I'm a sick of the faults.

no auto start - ughh
This version doesn't autostart either. I'm about ready to give up on the CAM software all together. It's nice software but not great, even when used with NZXT hardware. I'm shopping around for now.
Hello Eric, i just installed 3.5.24
However it still does not auto start...
At least in this version i can manually start the app again

I love the way that you guys can release a patch, which in all seriousness does nothing to stop the initial problem. Is it a case of oh try this and if this doesn't work then try this and if that doesn't work then ....... try this!!!!
To give you a hint the version of CAM which works is 3.3.1 I have no idea why you'd release a piece of crap which doesn't work. Stick with what you know, make cases they seem to be spot on. Stay away from other stuff, because believe it or not, you just can't seem to get it right!
Version 3.5.24 doesn't work it still has the same problem which is loading stuck at 0% and it doesn't budge from 0%.
Maybe version 5 you might finally have nailed the problem!!! Until then i won't be installing any other version for a while, because i have wasted years of my life waiting for a proper version which actually works after 3.3.1.
kraken x62, Ryzen 1700x, Asus Crosshair VI Extreme.
Cam version 3.5.20 installed simply disappeared the options of configuration of fans and rgb, when I remove the USB cable being at rest the chip lowers the temperature two degrees and being in charge with prime 95 when removing the USB cable lowers the temperature 6 degrees ?
