  1. Ryzen 2700x

    Ryzen 2700x reporting an idle temp in the 90's (C) but is really in the 30's (C). Launch day today, so just letting you know. Thanks. Had no problems with all same hardware on a 1700 before this upgrade.

      I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER NZXT PRODUCT AGAIN..... YOUR SOFTWARE IS TRASH AND NEVER WORKS. The issue that says has been fixed decided to show up again and now i have to restart the software everytime i start my computer cause guess what????? IT GETS STUCK AT 0%

        Hi there, sorry for the inconvenience. The issue with the loading being stuck at 0% should be resolved now. Please update to our newest version 3.5.8 (www.camwebapp.com) and see if you still exhibit the same behavior.

      • Loading at startup stays 0% v3.5.30

        Loading at startup always stuck at 0%, need to close it from the taskbar and relaunch the app, then it works. I`ve tried to reinstall but the issue still exists.

        • My Hue+ and Kraken x62 are even not detected in Devices and Printers.

          I connected them by a NZXT Internal USB Hub (2.0 port). They are all lit with white colors. I tried to reinstall drivers by reinstalling CAM multiple times, but it didn't work. Help!!!

            If you are using a HUE+ and CAM is not detecting the device. You can try these troubleshooting steps.

            Go to Control Panel and click on “View Devices and Printers” then remove the MCP2200 device or any Unknown USB Device. Then restart your computer and check CAM again

            If you still see a Unknown USB Device, then it seems that the USB cable is creating a bad connection to the motherboard. You can try using a different USB cable to check and see if the USB cable that came with the package is faulty. You can use a micro to regular USB cable and route it to the back of your case to test this issue. If the cable is the issue, please contact our support team over at https://www.nzxt.com/customer-support to look for a replacement USB cable.

            • 3.5.0 Is a downgrade

              Nothing works properly, the UI looks like a complete ghetto'd downgrade from the previous version, the lighting configuration that I had saved is now gone, all my lighting files that I have saved are gone as CAM failed to upload the files. Hue+ still doesn't show up in CAM although this is probably because the cable that is included is garbage and does not work half the times. Please don't say that you are working on it and never fix any of the issues that the users are having. Actually get to fixing things and give us updates on whats…

We understand that when we make changes to the client it may not be the most favorable for every user in our server but we are constantly trying our best to appease and implement the features that are requested.               • Stuck at calibration Step 2

                Stuck at calibration Step 2, when calibration is complete at Step 2 it goes to calculating and then the following error pops-up "Errors - Server return value without message" What does this mean? Cannot continue to step 3 so I can never set up my fans, Tried reinstalling cam 3 times also rerunning the calibration 5 times, still the same thing.

                • Errors Server Return Value Without Message

                  Trying to update adaptive curve and stuck at step 2 with a message saying after awhile "Errors server return value without message" now stuck without cooling, this is great. Would like help with maybe what to do?

                  • Icon for overclocking and controling the fan speed of GPU gone??

                    As of yesterday, the icon on the side menu of my CAM soft for overclocking and controling the GPU is gone! It worked great until now. I tried reinstaling CAM but it still doesnt show. The GPU monitornig works its just that the menu for controling the fan and overclocking of the GPU is gone. Ideas?

                      Cam wont load , when i check task manager I see CAMFPS 32bit and Cam 32bit but nothing opens up where can I download the previous version.

                      • Fans don't spin at all, But CAM detects the Smart Device

                        I have a problem with my fans not spinning upon booting the PC. I have a H700i case with 3x AER RGB 140 and the 3 120 stock fans. From day one, i have had problems with the fans not always spinning upon booting and now i have simply grown tired. Is the Smart Device broken, or is it a Firmware problem. I just doubt it is the CAM software, as they don't even start when i turn on the PC. It seems like a firmware problem in the Smart Device it self.

                          Hello, thank you for contacting CAM support, we are sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing.

                          If you are experiencing an issue where the fans on the Smart Device are not spinning. Please check the specs on those fans. Each channel on the Smart Device can only support up to 10 watts and if you exceed that threshold the Smart Device will have a fail safe to shut off all the fans. At this time please shut off your PC and turn off your PSU. Then wait 10 seconds and turn your PSU and PC back on. See if the fans spin then.

                          It is also possible the 3 140 rgb fans may be plugged into one channel, which could be causing the watt limits to become over capacitated. In that case, try to distribute the fan connections amongst other free ports and see if that works.

                        • CAM doesn't work with the latest Windows Update

                          CAM doesn't autostart after the latest Windows Update 1803, cannot set the effects and check pump and fans speed

                          • Restart re-enables overlay.

                            I am on version 3.5.50

                            Every time my pc turns on I have to manually disable the FPS overlay.
                            Every restart switches it back on.

                              I recently purchased the Grid+ v3 fancontroller and installed it and i was delighted at first because everything went smooth and it was easy to install also it looks wery good.
                              I downloaded the cam software and installed it but as soon as I opened it and the log in screen came up all fans shut off.

                              I still logged in and tried to change the fan settings but nothing happened and it seemed as tho it couldnt find my grid+

                                If you are experiencing an issue where the fans on the Grid+V3 are not spinning. Please check the specs on those fans. Each channel on the Grid+V3 can only support up to 5 watts and if you exceed that threshold the Grid+V3 will have a failsafe to shut off all the fans. Using the included extension cables can cause this as well. At this time please shut off your PC and turn off your PSU. Then wait 10 seconds and turn your PSU and PC back on. See if the fans spin then.

                              • Adaptive Problem stuck on 3rd step v 3.5.80

                                I have a problem with Adaptive step. He stuck on 3rd step and shows Problem connection with servers.

                                  Hue + not detected by CAM despite spending whole week following all troubleshooting ideas, also purchased a 2nd unit that wasn't being detected by cam. Your chat support team also admit it's a CAM fault. Are you guys willing to lose customers and face instead of getting this fixed? The worst part was that it worked for a single day then decided it didn't want to work anymore, which proves it isn't my hardware (same issue on my spare PC). What do you suggest guys?

                                  • All of a sudden if I turn my PC off/reset/sleep my Kraken x62 lighting effects go back to default

                                    I've tried other lighting effects and even reinstalling CAM and still keeps going back to default. It worked perfectly for at least a month before starting to do this, also started right around the recent update, not sure if it caused it though.

                                      Hello Dilan, Does your CAM have internet connection available as soon as Windows starts? Or do you have to manually log in? Cause sometimes when CAM does not start immediately, it stays in the default colors until I log in. Also, verify if your settings are being saved correctly. If this continues happening, please send us the logs found in the following folders:
                                      C:\Users\Public\Documents\CAM
                                      C:\Program Files (x86)\NZXT\CAM\Logs

                                    • Another BROKEN!!! Update

                                      Once again NZXT has rolled out a new update and once again u have broken it. GRID has completely failed none of my fans are working, the system update has stopped all my fans spinning. I am unable to game or do anything too intense wtih my PC due to it now getting hot with little air flow. WTF are u doing? Would you like the bill for me PC when you break it?

                                        I've got the newest version of Cam installed on my desktop pc. Version 3.3.5 updated august 11 2017. I've had an account for a year/possibly two but haven't used the system its installed on for a while.

                                        Just updated and installed the android app, expecting to log in I get the following error

                                        I've installed the CAM app on an iPhone as well and this works without any trouble

                                          I don't know if it's just me but I can't seem to find where to change the colour of my RGB fans. I have looked everywhere in the CAM software and can't seem to find it. I have even tried re-installing it.

                                            If you are using a HUE+ and CAM is detecting the HUE+ but the fans do not light up or is lighting up in abnormal colors.
                                            Please try each fan individually and see if any of them are defective. Exit out of CAM, then unplug all the fans from the HUE+. Then plug one fan into the HUE+, and start CAM. Check and see if the fan appears in CAM and the LEDs can be controlled. Repeat this for all the fans. If the fans are the issue, please contact our support team over at https://www.nzxt.com/customer-support to look for replacement fans. Please state how many fans you have that is defective.
                                            Also try using a different connection cable to connect the fans to the HUE+. The connection cable can sometimes cause issues as well. If the fan connection cable is the issue, please contact our support team over…
