      Ryzen 2700x reporting an idle temp in the 90's (C) but is really in the 30's (C). Launch day today, so just letting you know. Thanks. Had no problems with all same hardware on a 1700 before this upgrade.

      • Your software never works

        I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER NZXT PRODUCT AGAIN..... YOUR SOFTWARE IS TRASH AND NEVER WORKS. The issue that says has been fixed decided to show up again and now i have to restart the software everytime i start my computer cause guess what????? IT GETS STUCK AT 0%

          Hi there, sorry for the inconvenience. The issue with the loading being stuck at 0% should be resolved now. Please update to our newest version 3.5.8 (www.camwebapp.com) and see if you still exhibit the same behavior.

        • Loading at startup stays 0% v3.5.30

          Loading at startup always stuck at 0%, need to close it from the taskbar and relaunch the app, then it works. I`ve tried to reinstall but the issue still exists.

          • Cooler lights black out when CAM loads

            So I've had the Kraken x52 with CAM for a few months now and it's been working fine, then today when CAM loads up, the x52 lights go off. I have to open my case and reconnect the cable for the lights to go back on.

            If I'm in CAM when I reconnect, lights will go on, but it doesn't change when I customise them.

            If I'm not in CAM when I reconnect, when I boot up CAM again, lights will go off again.

            Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

              Being more specific, while reviewing your saved lighting configuration for your Kraken x52, it says that you have it set to “off” (There’s a knob in the lighting section next to the name of the peripheral’s lights you want to control). Turn that knob to the “on” position and that should fix your problem.

            • My Hue+ and Kraken x62 are even not detected in Devices and Printers.

              I connected them by a NZXT Internal USB Hub (2.0 port). They are all lit with white colors. I tried to reinstall drivers by reinstalling CAM multiple times, but it didn't work. Help!!!

                If you are using a HUE+ and CAM is not detecting the device. You can try these troubleshooting steps.

                Go to Control Panel and click on “View Devices and Printers” then remove the MCP2200 device or any Unknown USB Device. Then restart your computer and check CAM again

                If you still see a Unknown USB Device, then it seems that the USB cable is creating a bad connection to the motherboard. You can try using a different USB cable to check and see if the USB cable that came with the package is faulty. You can use a micro to regular USB cable and route it to the back of your case to test this issue. If the cable is the issue, please contact our support team over at https://www.nzxt.com/customer-support to look for a replacement USB cable.

                Turn off your PC, then try using a different USB 2.0 port on…

              • Settings lost... Twice *sigh*

                After updating to 3.6.0 all my settings were gone. Normally I'd be upset - but this the kind of experience I'm used to from CAM.

                So i reconfigured everything again.
                After a restart - everyhing lost again.
                As always NZXT, great software.

                  • Hue+ Fans RGB profile not loading every time in CAM

                    I have 2-120 AER fans Exaust and Top , After fresh boot my 2 120 mm AER RGB fans's dont load thier Hue+ colour profile but the Cooler unit seems to load ok .. i have to manualy click default / Apply then click custom profile Apply again to get my Custom profile up. ive even changed the defaullt colours to the theme i want but fans stay white.
                    Any Ideas ?
                    i am up to date with current software 3.6.6 and have firmware V4.04

                      I don’t know if this is coming in a future update, but I will pass your suggestion along to the UI team. Thanks for the suggestion.

                    • 3.5.0 Is a downgrade

                      Nothing works properly, the UI looks like a complete ghetto'd downgrade from the previous version, the lighting configuration that I had saved is now gone, all my lighting files that I have saved are gone as CAM failed to upload the files. Hue+ still doesn't show up in CAM although this is probably because the cable that is included is garbage and does not work half the times. Please don't say that you are working on it and never fix any of the issues that the users are having. Actually get to fixing things and give us updates on whats…

                        Thank you so much for the feedback and support. We understand that when we make changes to the client it may not be the most favorable for every user in our server but we are constantly trying our best to appease and implement the features that are requested. We do thank everyone for their time and effort to help create a better software.

                      • cam software crash pc

                        My PC has been "freezing" randomly for a few months now that I installed the craken x52 and the software cam. It may crash during web browsing, during a game, or during a software/driver update.
                        It doesn't turn off, it hard locks the PC down, the only solution is to turn the PSU off with it's on/off switch, holding down the reset button on the tower does nothing.
                        The only other indication of a crash, is that my LED's on the Asus RX 570 turn solid white.
                        A week ago I uninstalled cam and since then it has not happened…

                        • Since last update, hue+ and rgb strips acting odd

                          just updated to the latest cam and i noticed something weird in my case (a dark section appearing and dissapearing) i also have 3 strips glue'd to the back of my desk and here to some individual LED's are turning on/off.

                          just had the one on my desk go 50% what i set it to 50% a different color and then boop back again...with the latest CAM my HUE+ seems to have become possesed...need an exorsist or some ghostbusters plz.

                          • Stuck at calibration Step 2

                            Stuck at calibration Step 2, when calibration is complete at Step 2 it goes to calculating and then the following error pops-up "Errors - Server return value without message" What does this mean? Cannot continue to step 3 so I can never set up my fans, Tried reinstalling cam 3 times also rerunning the calibration 5 times, still the same thing.

                            • CPU temp wrong

                              In the new 3.6.4 version the CPU temp is stuck showing Celsius. All of the other temps show correctly. Ive changed to celsius then back to fahrenheit and still same issue. Ive closed and reopened the software with the same issue.

                              Currently my CPU temp is 26F clearly that is wrong and in Celsius. My GPU and other temps show correctly in Fahrenheit.

                              • Errors Server Return Value Without Message

                                Trying to update adaptive curve and stuck at step 2 with a message saying after awhile "Errors server return value without message" now stuck without cooling, this is great. Would like help with maybe what to do?

                                  CAM keeps asking "By using this software you agree that data including the specifications.....You can withdraw permission by running guest etc....etc Decline and agree" every time I boot up which is getting tiresome.

                                    • Bug with HUE+ light unit after Updating to v3.6.1

                                      HUE+ light unit automatically turning on after reboot though i set it to off from settings. I've to manually turn on & off to shut it every time. This is annoying..

                                          Hello, this option might be re implemented in a future update, but for the time being I would suggest to change the color to black in the logo if you wish to turn it off.

                                            Glad to know that you no longer have a problem. Concerning the languages, we are currently re translating them. Once they are done, we will add them to the program again. Sorry for any inconveniences.
