  1. Kraken X52 turns off (CAM 3.5.80)

    System defaults to white-only profile for Kraken X52 (first CAM device) and HUE+ (1 x 120mm, 2 x 140mm AER RGB on 1st channel + 4 LED strips on 2nd channel) on first boot or HUE+ reset.

    When CAM loads, Kraken is set to Default (All Channels) and HUE+ is set to Spectrum Wave (All Channels), but the Kraken stops lighting immediately after the Spectrum Wave appears on the HUE+.

    Sync Mode - Spectrum Wave (Default) allows both Kraken and HUE+ to work, as well as resetting the HUE+ hub to enable it to load the defaults (white-only).

      Hi there, can you double check you have the LOGO and RING channel toggled on in CAM? It is on the lighting page and the toggle button should be next to it.

        If you see the CAM preview window when you hover over the task icon in your taskbar but the window doesn’t appear when you click on the icon. You might be experiencing an issue where the window is on a different “phantom” monitor.

        Try doing this, press on the CAM preview window when you hover over the task icon. Then click "Shift + Windows Key + Arrow Key (<,>) to return the CAM window to your usable desktop space.

      • My Fans and RGB stripes dont light up..

        I dont know why this dont work, it shows in the cam software but i wont light up.
        My normal kraken watercooling works perfect..

        • CAM software only work on a certain preset

          I have a very frustrating problem with the CAM software: I've bought the Hue+ controller and the Extension kit with 2 extra LED strips, connected together with the cabinets 2 LED strips. The funny part is, that no matter what I do, I can ONLY get ALL the LED strips to light up, if I choose the "ALTERNATING" or "CANDLE LIGHT" preset in the CAM software, then all strips are fine - If i choose any other presets than that, only the first mounted LED strip in the cabinet lights up, all other strips connected after that, shuts down?

            i have a i9 intel and no problems using kraken X72 and the Hue and grid V3 on a asus ASUS ROG RAMPAGE VI EXTREME, socket 2066 with a Intel Core i9-7960X 2,8 GHz (4,2 GHz Turbo Boost)
            And in a case of NZXT H700i and its coolind smoot and no problems at all the best of there is. The kraken cools my processor to 38 degrees and with solidworks drawing it comes to 46 degrees and the gris fan controller works fine en very quiet

            • Kraken x52 and h200i smart hub leds stays white until cam opens

              When I turn on my computer, lights are all white. They stay white until CAM loads up. When cam loads up fans revving up and applies correct profile.its so irretating to hear fan noise and see a color change on every boot. Any way to fix this? (Motherboard Asus Z370-I)

                  • Tab for fan speed control gone

                    Since one of the recent updates (I think 3.5.0), the tab for the fan speed control is gone completely.

                    Only Dashboard, Build, Games, Overclocking and Devices tabs appear on the left..

                    Does anyone know how I get it back please?

                    • Errors Server Return Value Without Message

                      Trying to update adaptive curve and stuck at step 2 with a message saying after awhile "Errors server return value without message" now stuck without cooling, this is great. Would like help with maybe what to do?

                        • Cannot change the fan color

                          Is it normal i just bought the hue+ with 2x 120fan and everything work I see that all is plugged but I Cant change the color or anything on the CAM app on my pc help plz

                              DirectX End User Runtime keeps poping up even after installing it. It’s comes up every time I boot my PC and CAM starts. I also reinstalled CAM software as well and it still happens.

                              • Mouse Keys get inverted when CAM software Loads

                                As soon as CAM loads in Windows 10 my mouse Keys get inverted.

                                I have to go to the mouse settings to remove the checkmark on the "Switch Primary and secondary buttons" Option

                                • Fans don't follow custom silent curve correctly. (Oscillation issue)

                                  I have two 140mm Noctua IndustrialPPM 3000 RPM fans, and both oscillate between low and high power usage (visible on the total wattage) when the fan speed is set between 20% and 35-45%.

                                    If you are experiencing an issue where the fans connected to the Grid+V2 is constantly spinning up and down. Please check inside CAM and adjust the fan RPM to a higher value. This issue will usually occur on PWM fans as PWM fans require a certain RPM to be set to stabilize with the RPM speed. Since the Grid+V2 is voltage control it requires a certain voltage transfer to maintain a consistent RPM. Try setting the lowest point on your fan to to 30%-40% and see if the RPM stabilizes.

                                    • Hue+ profiles not working properly, due to Cam software.

                                      hue+ profiles not working properly. The strips are working fine, I've tested them individually. When I change profile, only one strip would light up. The only 2 profile that works fine (all strip lights up) are candle and alternating. Other profiles, just one strip lights up. Hope you can fix this soon.

                                      • Kraken X52 missing from CAM (Constantly need to remove NZXT USB hub from devices)

                                        when will this be fixed? Every day i have to go into control panel and remove the NZXT USB hub. every time a new post gets open for this, NZXT just completes it. The software needs updated.
