Please post your bugs/issues here. Be sure to browse first however, as someone may have already submitted a similar issue.

  1. Eject USB

    In order to safely eject my USB, I first have to close CAM because CAM lists my USB in my system specs for storage and this makes my system believe that my USB is currently in use. I'd be nice to have a USB on off monitoring switch or something along those lines.

  2. CAM spammes about GPU overload

    Since modern GPUs (like my R9 290) only clock as high as needed CAM always spammes about the GPU being overloaded (99-100%).
    But since you can select the max clockspeed in the driver-utility it should be possible to read that out and set as max. So only if that is reached the notification should be displayed.

  3. stuck to tutorial acd the window cuted tu screen resolution

    Besides being stuck in tutorial, the window exactly how long as the monitor resolution and is cuted.

  4. Loading Screen Freeze

    Had to cancel the initial loading of the application, and when I went and started it again, it stopped at the same point multiple times. Same thing happens when I uninstall and reinstall and even repair. Also left it on all night, no timeouts or not responding.

    On win7 64 bit

  5. CAM Software has stopped working on boot

    Every time I boot my PC, I get an error message saying CAM has stopped working. If I start it manually after that there's no problem.

    It is also reporting when playing games that my GPU hits 100% load, but the highest it went was 26%

    Windows 7 x64 Ultimate
    i5 4570
    Radeon R9 270x

    The rest is great.

  6. CAM's Tutorial Message Won't Give Way!!

    New to CAM but the welcome message overlay refuses to budge!

    There is no skip button anywhere. I clicked everywhere on the screen to no avail.

    It's a shame really!

    Hello, about this issue, we guess that is caused by the windows scope, and our “SKIP” button is on the right-bottom side, so it just go out of the window. We will add another flow to let this status could go to the next page to the end of the Tutorial MSG. Thanks.

  7. CAM CPU LOAD

    CAM PUTS TO MUCH STRESS ON YOUR CPU I CAN PLAY GAMES FINE AND SMOOTH BECUASE HE'S USING TO MUCH OF MY CPU . CAM IS A GREAT SOFTWARE I LOVE UNTIL NOW THAT I USE IT BUT YOU NEED TO FIX THIS PROBLEM CPU STRESS IS SOMETHING REALLY IMPORTANT I HAVE A I5 3570K 8GB OF RAM.

  8. Grid+ won't connect to CAM

    I got the GRID+ to test out and The PC detects it and installed drivers for it but CAM does not recognize it as it should in the screenshots that came with the instructions. The fans spin up but the LED on the GRID+ isn't on. Any ideas?

    Thank you for the feedback. Right now, the Grid Driver is separated with CAM. So please confirm if the Grid Driver is installed correctly and the Grid is connected to the M/B well. Thanks.

  9. Auto-Start and UAC

    Currently you get a UAC prompt every time the program starts including auto starts. From my knowledge this should be avoidable. UAC prompt at start up are just annoying.

  10. Erroneously detects excessive CPU for PuTTY

    CAM intermittently will claim PuTTY is using 100% of CPU when it definitely, definitely isn't.

  11. Load usage shows no activities even with multiple ones running.

    Load usage for CPU, RAM ,NET and HDD all say no activities even.

  12. Notification window not movable/static

    I don't know if this is a terrible windows 8 user interface guideline or not, but actually locating a master control panel for settings is either non existant or buried in terrible places.

    My primary complaint is the notification window is not only STATIC on the area of the screen, but it being static means on a triple or greater monitor setup it ceases to actually be useful as a notification tool because it forces itself to the far corner.

    Right clicking the taskbar icon also does not give a menu as one would think it should. Since the taskbar…

  13. Unable to use this program on Windows 7 Ultimate x64. Appears to run alright on Windows 7 Professional 32bit.

    Claims to support x64 versions of Windows 7 but I've not had any luck with it on a version of Windows

  15. Proxy Server - Internet Access

    Hi,

    It is missing an input for proxy server in case I am using one while @ Work. Can you please add an option for that as well ? Cam is unable to login to the cloud but the error which shows up is "Invalid Password". Can we correct this one ?

  16. Cleaning notification dates are not in same format.

    When you go into the notification settings and go to the cleaning notifications setting, the "Last Cleaned Date" and "Next Cleaning Date" are in two different formats. Last Cleaning Date is in MM/DD/YYYY while the "Next Cleaning Date" is in YYYY/MM/DD.

  17. Stuck on Tutorial screen.

    Im stuck on "Welcome to CAM by NZXT! Follow tutorial" screen. I tried pressing a bunch of keys, Tried reinstalling, still nothing.

  18. Display Error

    CAM displays my server as having a single 8-Core Xeon when it has two Quad-Cores.
    Also having 9x3GB RAM (Which isn't possible) when it actually has 4 sticks of 2GB and 4 sticks of 4GB = 24GB. 9x3 = 27GB? xD

  20. CAM reports low space on networked drives, possibly due to them not being accessible.

    CAM reports low space for a network drive with 384GB free. I think it is to do with the drive being unavailable to connect (slow read/write times on remote host)
